Allowed:
  - Reading any published rate card
  - Reading availability counts only
  - Requesting a price quotation (a request, not a purchase)

Not available, by design:
  - Underlying records, names, addresses, demographic attributes.
    These interfaces return counts only.

  - Any write other than a quote request
  - Unmetered access; calls are rate limited per caller per door, and logged

Do not scrape the human pages. Call the endpoints above instead: they are
versioned, cheaper for both of us, and always current.
